The Niche Agency has curated the Indiana Republican Diversity Leadership Series, a seminar and leadership training program, that provides the preparation and resources needed to increase engagement in the democratic process among leaders across Indiana. The program is open to all backgrounds and all ages in Indiana as they work to bring under-represented communities into civic leadership.

The event came to an end with Mike leading a critical conversation about social capital, the impact it’ll have in the future, and why it’s essential.
